Yes, ThinkSuite is a pay-as-you –go service and you can upgrade. Click on “Pricing” and to change your plan.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Yes, you can sign up yearly.

When and how will I be billed?
On a monthly plan your Invoice will usually be generated on the last day of every month. On an annual plan, you will be charged immediately up-front for the year on the day you upgrade. Any additional fees incurred will be charged at the end of the month (at the monthly rate of your chosen plan.) There is always the option of pre-paying for additional users at any time, so that you only pay the pro-rata annual rate for the rest of your contract.

What happens if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel your monthly plan, you’ll pay for your current plan until the end of the monthly billing period. If you’d like to retain access to your plan benefits for the full month, we recommend you cancel your subscription at the end of the month. If you are on an annual plan, you can cancel your plan before your 12 months expires, however there are no refunds in this instance.

There are no setup fees to any plan available on ThinkSuite. You can enjoy our services without any additional costs!

What about 3rd party integrations fees?
For the need for integration with existing systems, the prices will be offered separately within the scope of the project and, if accepted, will be invoiced at once in the following payment period.
